We had a lovely evening at my house last night with the family relaxing in front of the fireplace..it was a pleasant diversion from the anxiety we all can feel in the aftermath of the horrifying events in Paris last week. Now that my kids are upstairs and asleep, I was catching up on some reading and thought I’d share a summary of an obscure, interesting, and relevant article with you. This is a paper that was published earlier this year in the Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine that has some relevance to that anxiety that so many of us experience on a daily basis. Come sit by the fire and learn how this study demonstrated that we can now add anxiety to the long list of beneficial effects of curcumin.
